plowshareSolutions does not collect, store or share any user data. The Conference Schedule Creator tool needs temporary access to the active sheet in order to function. Details as follows:

• Access of user data: The tool only accesses user data that is entered into the 'Host' sheet of the Googlesheet in which the Add-On was installed. It does not access any other sheets or documents in Drive
• Use of User Data: The tool will retrieve all data from the 'Host' sheet, transform it into a usable attendee schedule and then write it to the 'Attendee' Sheet.
• Storage of User Data: The tool stores host schedule data temporarily in order to execute the transformation. It does not persist any user data once the script has finished executing.
• Sharing of User Data: The tool does not share any user data with third parties.
